Our values shape our footprints

Imagine you were given some hours with a coach like me, how would you spend them?

If I were to decide:

  • I would ensure that my coachees know their values.

  • What they mean for them in everyday life.

  • How to put them into action.

  • How to role model them.

Values determine our priorities in life.

They are our internal compass and guide us to live with more intention and less autopilot. They simplify our life, when we acknowledge and honor them in our planning and decision making.

Imagine you value ‘family’. And you have to work long hours at work every day. At some point you might feel internal stress and conflict because you don’t spend as much time with your loved ones as you would like to. If you listen to your body, because that’s where internal conflicts tend to show up, you can do something about it.

For me ‘integrity’, as in walk the talk, is super important. If that value is neglected by whoever I work with, I can literally feel in my body how it sucks my energy.

Take the time to understand the REAL PRIORITIES in your life – for less regrets.
